CDLs

A commercial driver’s license is required to drive any vehicle or combination weighing 26,001 lbs, designed to transport 16 people including the driver, or required by federal regulations to be placarded while transporting hazardous materials. The Secretary of State can cancel a CDL on multiple grounds.
